I wanted to talk to you about some myths around food, diet, and exercise.



We’ve all heard that if you eat less calories and move more you’re going to lose weight. The reality is that many of us have done that and the weight didn’t budge. When our hormones are off or things like adrenal fatigue are happening, you’ll stay stuck. On top of that, if we’re going to be on extreme diets or lower our calories too much, we can also be sabotaging our weight loss. The same goes for exercising. It really comes down to what we’re eating, how we’re eating, and what we are doing to move. 


Extreme diets that remove entire food groups, or have strict low calorie intake, can sabotage your metabolism. And the exact same goes for exercise. It can end up creating more inflammation in your body than anything. 


We have to get back to basics. Eating real food, moving in a healthy manner, no extreme equipment required, and doing it on a regular basis, is ultimately the best for your body.
